All PO's will be acknowledged with an order confirmation from Emerald Group. Please check this confirmation carefully to ensure accuracy. This acknowledgement will establish the final purchasing agreement between Emerald Group and the purchaser. 

Payment Terms are net 30 days from invoice date.

Payment by Credit Card will incur a 3% processing fee

New products may be considered for return providing customer has obtained prior permission from Emerald Group. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply. Return transportation charges are customer's responsibility.

After an order has be placed, cancellations cannot be accepted without the consent of Emerald Group. Customers may incur a cancellation fee, contact your salesperson for info.
